The app will not load or is stuck

You were signed out unexpectedly

Sign back in using your usual method. If your code does not arrive or you cannot get in, see the Signing in and login help page at /tech-support/login-help/.

The app looks out of date or a feature is missing

Supported devices and browsers

For the best experience, use a current version of iOS or Android, or a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox when using app.pgicover.com in a browser.

A last resort

If the app continues to misbehave, sign out and back in, and if needed reinstall the app. Your account and policy are stored on our servers, not only on your device, so reinstalling will not lose your information.
