Once your policy is issued, you can view and download your documents from your account. This page covers where to find them and what to do if a download does not work.
Viewing your policy
After your payment is confirmed and your policy is issued, your policy details are available from your account home screen. This includes your policy number and your effective and expiry dates.
Downloading your policy document
Your full policy document is available to download from your account as a PDF. The PDF combines two parts: your declarations page, which shows the specific details of your policy, and the full policy wording, which sets out the terms and conditions. Keep a copy for your records.
The download did not work
- Check that you have a stable internet connection and try again.
- Allow downloads or pop-ups if your browser blocked the file.
- Make sure your device has enough free storage for the file.
- Try a different browser, or update to the latest version of the app.
- Sign out and back in, then open your policy and try the download again.
Finding your policy number
Your policy number is shown on your policy details and on the declarations page inside the PDF. Keep it accessible, since you will need it if you ever contact us about your policy.
