This page walks you through setting up a new PGicover account. The process takes a few minutes. Once your account is active, you can start an application, upload documents, and track your application status from any device.
How to sign up
You have two options for creating an account.
Option 1: Email and password
- Open the PGicover app and go to the sign-up screen.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Tap to create your account.
- Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code. The code arrives within a few minutes. It expires after ten minutes.
- Enter the code on the verification screen.
- Once verified, you are taken to your account home.
If you do not receive a code, check your spam folder. You can request a new code from the same screen. The resend option is rate-limited, so allow a short wait before trying again.
Option 2: Sign in with Google
- Open the PGicover app and tap the sign-in with Google option.
- Choose or confirm your Google account.
- You are signed in immediately. No separate email verification step is required.
What your account is for
Your account ties together your application, your uploaded documents, and any correspondence related to your policy. You do not need to complete everything in one session. Progress is saved automatically.
If you already have an account
If you try to sign up with an email that is already registered and verified, the app will not create a duplicate. Go to the sign-in screen and enter your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you can sign in with an email code instead, or contact us and we will help you regain access.
If the verification code does not work
- Make sure you are entering the most recently sent code. Any earlier codes are invalidated when a new one is requested.
- Codes expire after ten minutes. If yours has expired, request a fresh one.
- If you continue to have trouble after two attempts, contact us.
